Nobody was charged with any crimes after a Portland police investigation into some Jazz players’ late-night encounter with an exotic dancer last October, but that doesn’t mean the incident had no repercussions. For the first time in his 19 years running the Jazz, Jerry Sloan has instituted a blanket curfew during the team’s road trips, the coach said Monday.
